Our research seeks to understand infant sleep norms, parental perceptions of infant sleep problems, correlations between infant sleep issues and parental wellbeing, and the effectiveness of sleep training. We hypothesize that infant sleep counseling will lead to improved measures of infant sleep, lower incidence of parental stress, and reduced incidence of unsafe sleep practices such as bedsharing. |
