The ABCs from BMPs to CBCs: Interpreting Pediatric Labs One Case at a Time
This continuing education activity is a recorded presentation for NAPNAP's 2026 National Conference.Take your lab interpretation skills to the next level with this case-based, interactive session designed for acute care and primary care PNPs. Using real world clinical scenarios, we will walk through the evaluation of electrolytes, CBCs, urinalyses, culture results and more, all while highlighting age specific values, red flags and key patterns. Rather than focusing on isolated numbers, this presentation emphasizes clinical reasoning, evidence-based decision making and the integration of diagnostic data with exam findings. Participants will leave with practical strategies and a renewed confidence to apply directly to patient care. The course will award 1.25 contact hours and is offered at a reduced rate to NAPNAP Members.
