Designed for early career pediatric-focused APRNs, this presentation will review key components of prescribing oral contraceptive pills. Both progestin-only and combined hormonal contraceptives will be included. Attendees will leave feeling confident in their ability to prescribe and manage adolescents who desire oral contraceptive pills for not only contraception, but also dysmenorrhea and acne management.
