Module 3: NYC Community Health Profiles - How do social determinants of health impact population health in New York City? (Length: 7 minutes)
Module 4: Intersectionality - How does the concept of intersectionality help us to further understand upstream causes of health disparities? (Length: 7 minutes)
Module 5: Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) - How do adverse experiences during childhood affect population health? (Length: 4 minutes)
Module 6: Assessing Social Determinants of Health - What are some strategies for assessing Social Determinants of Health? (Length: 3 minutes)
Module 7: Acting on Social Determinants of Health - What are some intervention strategies for acting upon social determinants of health? (Length: 6 minutes)
