NP Preceptor: Interprofessional Collaborative Practice
1.0 NAPNAP Contact Hour. This continuing education activity is offered at a reduced rate to NAPNAP Members. This continuing education activity rate is $10 for NAPNAP Members. For non-members, this continuing education activity rate is $20.
This module consists of 3 sub-modules. Each submodule takes between 5 and 15 minutes to complete. You may complete each submodule at your own pace. Total credit of up 1 CE is available based on time spent reviewing websites, such as www.ihi.org.

Module 1: Introduction to Module Content
Module 2: Triple Aim - Explore the Triple Aim Framework, which describes an approach to optimizing health system performance for individuals and populations
Module 3: IPEC Core Competencies - Clinically educate NP students using the principles of the Interprofessional Collaborative Practice.
Module 4: Team STEPPS - Address barriers to team performance and explore how to create high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in any setting.

Learning Objectives
1. Explore the Triple Aim Framework to optimize health system performance for individual and populations
2. Provide opportunities for NP students to apply the principles of Interprofessional Collaborative Practice while practicing as a NP student in their clinical settings
3. Apply the principles of the IPEC Core Competencies while educating NP students in the clinical settings
4. Discuss with NP students ways to lead inter-collaborative teams using the principles of the IPEC core competencies
