2021 Pediatric Rx, Module 8- Dermatology Pharmacology
1.0 NAPNAP Pharmacology Contact Hour. This continuing education activity is offered at a reduced rate to NAPNAP Members. This continuing education activity rate is $10 for NAPNAP Members. For non- members, this continuing education activity rate is $20. This presentation will focus on medications commonly prescribed for dermatology conditions such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, skin infections and infestations, acne, molluscum and warts. Learners will gain a knowledge of common treatments and applicable clinical judgement skills to choose optimal medication treatment options for our patients.
Introduction: This continuing education activity is administered by the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP) as an Agency providing continuing education credit. Individuals who complete this program and earn a 70% or higher score on the post test will be awarded 1.0 NAPNAP contact hours, of which 1.0 is pharmacology.
