For non-members, this continuing education activity rate is $30. This course will familiarize pediatric primary care providers with the identification and management of common rheumatologic diseases. Providers will gain a better understanding of the initial presenting symptoms of common pediatric autoimmune diseases, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, IgA vasculitis, Kawasaki disease and rheumatic fever. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the utility of laboratory evaluation and health promotion for this patient population.
